WE MEAN LITERALLY AN ENTIRE FAMILY BUSINESS
After almost 30 years in the business, Maury Kenedy “dad” retired and asked oldest son Reece to leave his position with Nascar as a social media content creator and open a modular home dealership. His response was “sure but I want to be near the coast”.
So here we are in Moncks Corner and it has been a storybook beginning. Daughter Julia joined us as a salesperson and what Mom is going to let two of her babies move somewhere without being there if she can – so Carey has been working here since day one. Our “baby” Anderson is in his final year of college at App State where he is studying construction management. He clearly has a job waiting for him when he graduates 🙂
So when you buy a home from us, you literally buy a home from the Kennedy family. With our entire family name on the line, we feel a complete burden to make every customer a happy homeowner.

ALSO, we have changed our hours a bit BUT we now offer appointments after hours. We will be closing at 5:00pm every day but if you want to come later, set an appointment and we will stay later to meet you.
