In our business, we excel in two key areas in the homebuilding world: speed and cost. We simply build homes faster and at less cost than traditional building systems. 

If you tell us today that you want a home, we can have it built and delivered to your site within 8-10 weeks usually.  But the crazy part is it only takes one day to actually build the home!  The rest of the time is just working thru the backlog from so much demand. Any traditional building process takes much much longer and in some cases, a year or longer. We simply cannot be beat on speed.

Nor can we be beat on cost. Traditional builders buy materials by the truck load. We buy them by the train load. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and you will see the builders showing up early every morning buying lumber and materials. Our materials are delivered by the train load.  We buy in bulk in quantities that give us a huge competitive advantage on cost. 

So if you want a home built fast and less expensively, that is what we do. 

There is another advantage though, when it rains, our materials do not get wet. We build the home in one day and we build it in a controlled environment. Traditional building can take a year and when it rains, well it rains in/on the home being built.
