In Cross, we have a beautiful two-story Riverview floorplan on nearly 5 acres. The upstairs is unfinished so the buyer gets to choose how to finish the upstairs. It can be sectioned off into bedrooms or one large bonus room.  The upstairs is also plumbed so a third bathroom can be added.

Regarding the land, when we went to look at the land, we called our Real Estate Agent from the truck and said we will buy every lot in this subdivision and never even got out of the truck.  We have one lot left. While your neighbors aren’t very close because of the size of these lots, we do happen to know them because they bought their house from us.
